Requests for price lists or a formal quotation are returned from sales records with a clean ex-works sheet -- freight, unit cost, preparation and documentation line items are kept separate so you always see exactly what you are paying for.
30% deposit, 70% balance
Why is a 30% deposit required?
The 30% deposit reserves your production slot and commits raw-material procurement for batteries, motors and frames. The remaining 70% is payable before shipping -- typically against the "inspection ready" photo/video report.

Are electric scooters classified as dangerous goods?
Yes. Ships with lithium-ion battery systems are UN 3480-regulated and must travel under Class 9 DG criteria. Our standard role is the main international cargo documentation.
Can DG freight be included in the quote?
Absolutely. We provide CIF/DAP lines on request with DG surcharges visible. The battery portion affects the surcharge and is pulled from the selected model's battery type.
Preferred for serial orders. Cheaper per unit, slower window, strict container booking character.
Available for samples and small consignments. Requires compliant Li-ion battery packaging.
Who handles customs at destination?
